Handling credit card transactions is seamless when used with the Liberty Touch Control system. Whether you need to process sales at the front counter or handle payments from your billing customers, Touch Control has the tools you need to get the job done quickly.

 

Front Counter

 

  • Credit card transactions are handled at each computer. (The bottleneck at the credit card terminal is eliminated).
  • Dollar amount typing errors are eliminated.
  • Processing is handled via the internet which means for faster processing.

 

Accounts Receivable

 

  • Typing in hundreds of credit card numbers each month is a thing of the past. Your customers credit information is stored securely at the merchant bank (PPI).
  • Touch Control will submit all applicable charge customer balances for approval.
  • All approved sales will be posted (as payments) automatically to the appropriate customers account.
  • An email will be automatically sent to customers with declined transactions notifying them to contact you.

 

Extra Benefits

 

  • Credit cards on file are now stored at PPI servers reducing your liabilty.
  • Expiring Credit Cards will be updated automatically by PPI with the new expiration date with no intervention by you.
  • If a stored credit card is closed by the customer for fraudluent charges and the issuing bank issues a new card number, this too will be updated automatically. These features are in place to increase your chances of getting an approval and reducing the time it takes to contact customers for updated credit card information.
