Front Counter

Credit card transactions are handled at each computer. (The bottleneck at the credit card terminal is eliminated). Dollar amount typing errors are eliminated. Processing is handled via the internet or a regular telephone connection. (Only one telephone line is required no matter how many terminals are being used and the telephone line is plugged into the server computer only, not the other terminals).

Accounts Receivable

Typing in hundreds of credit card numbers each month is a thing of the past. Your customers credit information is stored in the Touch Control Program. Touch Control will submit all applicable charge customer balances into the credit card software (PC Charge Payment Server) for approval.  All approved sales will be posted  (as payments) automatically to the appropriate customers account. All you need to do is generate the bill.

Liberty has partnered with PPI to handle the processing of credit card sales. The benefits of this relationship to our customers are:

PC Charge Payment Server software is provided free of charge. This is a savings of $650.00. PPI will also provide you with one free Magnetic Strip Reader (used to scan the credit card). This saves our customers another $110.00. PPI provides superior technical support for both the merchant account and the PC Charge Server program. No need to start calling your merchant bank for the technical information that will be required to setup PC Charge, this is all handled by PPI. Since PPI will become your merchant bank (does not effect your normal banking relationship) they have all the information required to configure the PC Charge program.

*The Liberty Touch Control  program can be integrated without utilizing PPI's services. However, you will need to purchase the PC Charge Payment Server program and all Magnetic Stripe Readers separately at retail pricing.
