Dashboard
The opening screen of the Touch Control system is called the Dashboard. All functions of the program are accessed through this screen. Some exciting new features are:
  • All management functions are accessed through the tabbed menu.
  • All commonly used counter options are placed clearly on the front page.
  • The Store Overview lets you know at a glance what is happening in the store in real time. You can receive more detail information by click on the button that requires your attention. 

Customer Selection
The Customer Selection screen now includes the following new statistical information:

Open Inventory.
Last Date Visited.
Credit Card Expiration.
Payment Terms.
Amount Spent.


Ticket Writing
The Ticket Writing screen besides being thoughtfully designed also includes these new features:
  • Has access to the customer record.
  • Ability to delete previous items.
  • Photograph problematic garments.
  • Unlimited Departments.
  • User added colors now display true color in the buttons.
Ready Date Calendar
The Ready Date calendar now adds a powerful new management control. Besides listing a standard calendar we now display information of how many pieces by departments

All Other Departments
was promised for a given day.

You specify in the setup how many pieces you can process for each day of the week and the Ready Date Calendar with show how many pieces you accepted versus the amount you can handle. The display will act like a traffic light first starting out as  green, then yellow and finally to red as you reach your limit.

Touch Control will not stop you from accepting orders once it turns red but your employees will now know to try to use another less used date instead.
Charge Account Payment
The Charge Account Payment screen has been completely revamped. Four new  features are:
  1. Payment Detail Section displays the dollar amount posted. This ensures that the correct amount of the credit/debit/payment was typed in.
  2. The check number field has been increased to 20 characters.
  3. Summary Section displays the customers balance and reflects any adjustments you post. This will also aid in preventing erroneous postings to wrong accounts. In addition it provides you with insight if customers are falling behind in payments.
  4. You can now Edit or Delete postings right from this screen.

Order Pickup
The Order Pickup screen includes these new enhancements:
  • Unpaid Pickups - Touch Control will monitor all orders picked up but paid.
  • Partial Pickup - Touch Control enables you to mark which items on an invoice are picked up while leaving the remaining items in inventory.
  • Customer Photo captures the customer picking up the order when an invoice is not presented.
